Litho Supplies sees benefit of sales training
Litho Supplies is reaping the benefits of sales training on its bottom line.
“It has increased profitability significantly,” said northern regional sales
director Eddie Williams.
“It’s a long term investment, like capital investment, that helps us to
retain and recruit the best staff. I don’t think it’s arrogant to say it’s helped to
make us the Manchester United of graphic arts supply.”
By the end of June the entire sales, management and sales support team will
have been trained as part of an 18-month £50,000 investment with Profit
Improvement Programmes - a Leeds firm headed up
by ex-Horsell and DS Smith boss David Barnfield.
Training began with strategic planning, followed by training against measured
objectives, which Williams believes added to its success at Northprint.
